Application of Resistant Muffler System


There are many kinds of exhaust muffler system designed and manufactured by micro perforated acoustic structure, the main type is anti-spray type muffler system. This type of muffler is made of stainless steel perforated sheet, because the nine mufflers are used in petrochemical units, the air corrosion is relatively large, so the sound-absorbing material filled in the air layer after perforated plate is corrosion-resistant metal soft wire cloth. Using the principle of resistive sound absorption of sound-absorbing materials to further achieve the function of noise reduction and noise reduction.


Its sound absorption coefficient is high, the absorption frequency band is wide, the pressure loss is small, the airflow regeneration noise is low, and it is easy to control. In order to obtain the wide band high absorption effect, the three-stage microperforated plate structure is generally used. The size of the cavity between the microperforated plate and the shell and between the microperforated plate varies according to the frequency band that needs to be absorbed. The cavity size of the microperforated plate is larger (150~200 mm), the medium frequency is smaller (80~120 mm) and the high frequency is smaller (30~50 mm). It is proved that the measured value of microperforated muffler system is better than that of theoretical estimation. and the noise attenuation is related to the flow rate, and it is independent of the temperature rise of the muffler. when the flow rate reaches 70 m/s, the noise problem cannot be solved in general other types of muffler system, and the microporous muffler can withstand the impact of the air flow velocity of 70 m/s, and there are still mufflers above 15 dba. This is also an important feature of microporous muffler than muffler. 

 

Characteristics of Resistant Muffler 


 This type of muffler system combines the most reasonable noise reduction principle design of microperforated plate, which makes the high pressure steam expand into the pressure-reducing cavity after a single controlled flow in the muffler system, thus forming the low pressure steam ejected from the small hole. Finally, the residual noise emitted by the pressure-reducing body is effectively absorbed by the pressure-reducing body, and finally the muffler reaches above 35 dB (A)(35%,50%,15%, between the first and third stage silencing). 1.Silence performance of mufflers;

Pay attention to the net channel cross section of the muffler system, when the air duct and muffler are connected, if necessary (when the wind speed is limited) need to be enlarged. 


 Silencer equipment such as mufflers shall be installed with independent load-bearing suspenders or bases; and sound source equipment shall be connected by a soft joint. 


When two silencing bends are used in series, the connection spacing of the two bends shall be 2.5 times larger than the length of the diagonal section of the elbow. 


For environmental systems with high temperature, high humidity, oil mist and water vapor, microporous structures are generally used to silence noise, and for those with cleanliness requirements such as operating room, recording room and cleanliness. has superior effect on noise of each frequency.
