How does the structure of the exhaust pipe affect the power of the car? Is the smoother the exhaust, the better? Although the exhaust pipe is a small pipe, it contains a lot of secrets. The main function of the exhaust pipe is to exhaust and silence. The composition of the entire exhaust system is: exhaust manifold, catalytic converter, mid-muffler(glasspack), muffler and the pipe connecting them. The exhaust manifold is installed on the cylinder head, the other end is connected to the front section exhaust pipe, and then the middle section and the rear section are connected in turn. Except for the two ends of the exhaust manifold fixed with bolts, the other entire pipelines are hoisted by rubber The ear suspension is hung under the car body, and it can swing up and down and left and right when the road is bumpy, so that the vibration generated by the exhaust will not be transmitted to the cabin.
